Please tell me of a Twitter automation tool to post a few set tweets repeatedly (one tweet per day)

I want to make a satire account, and here's how I want it to go:

• an account which repeats a few phrases

• tweets once per day maybe less than that so it's not a spam

• it's not just one tweet it repeats all the time, rather a few tweets it repeats

• if possible I would like the tweets to change a little depending on time of year, but I realize that's maybe asking for too much from an automation tool and I'm very ok if that's not possible

The tools I've found so far usually offer one thing, but not all. Like, they might allow for repeated tweets (IFTTT), but you can only choose one phrase. Or an app which can schedule tweets for future but not automate them. I have made a Twitter developer account and gotten access tokens because originally I intended to make a bot, but i couldn't really find an easy Twitter bot creator which allows tweets to be automated. They seem to have options to either reply to others from a search, follow them, dm them, retweet etc. (It actually surprises me that the most basic function you would expect a bit to do, repeat a simple tweet, is so difficult to do)

It got a bit long, but if anyone could help me with it I would be very grateful. There are a few paid options but I really don't want to pay monthly for a small joke account, and I think it's a very possible thing because I follow bots/accounts like this too, it's just that I don't know how to do it so far
