I am the social media manager for about three clients at my PR firm and have been at a loss as to what social reporting platform or software is best. I currently use Cyfe but am pretty disappointed overall with its capabilities - especially after losing historical Instagram data a few months ago. I don't need anything extremely complicated... Basically just the ability to show month-over-month and ideally year-over-year increases in metrics like engagement, impressions, etc., for LinkedIn, Insta, FB, and Twitter. I don't need the capabilities to post on different channels or anything like that.
Our owner is fairly frugal so I don't have a blank check, per se, but anything under $50 per month is probably fair game.
I'm a bit new to this & would greatly appreciate your recommendations!
