The option to schedule posts on Facebook seems to be completely gone. Is this happening to anyone else?

The only options are "Share Now," "Backdate," and "Save Draft."

While scheduling a post is not an option from the post box on the page, the option to schedule a post can still be accessed from the Creator Studio.
