"You haven't posted anything to your page in awhile" even though I post

I almost always use Hootsuite when posting to FB/IG/LinkedIn for clients. I occasionally post from Instagram and use the "Post to Facebook" toggle.

Posts are always successful, they get their normal engagement, views, likes etc.

For some reason, both my clients and I get that notification that says "You haven't posted to your page in awhile" from Facebook even though the posts are on the page and functioning.

My questions :

1. Does this happen to any of you? It seems like a bug and couldn't find other resources on this prior to posting this.

2. Does this ruin engagement/optimization of Facebook posts if I'm posting to Facebook through Instagram or Hootsuite?

I haven't thought much of it as I believe it's just a bug but I just wanted to research this to confirm that it isn't something to be concerned about.
