Hey guys, I’m a newbie community manager and I am currently managing 2 Facebook/Instagram accounts. One has 10k+ followers, and the other one over 30k, which belongs to a girl model.
The thing is, I would always answer to every message the community sent, even if it was a simple ‘hi’, and even if it took me hours, however, as the second page keeps growing (the one with 30k), I’ve stopped being able to do that because there’s only so much I can handle.
What should I do? Keep trying to answer everyone? Stop answering at all?
I truly don’t have that much experience in this field, so please try to be comprehensive.
